Position Description:
Responsibility：
1) Manage and control inter-company pricing worldwide
a) Continuously monitor variable uplift rates and adjust when
actual margins deviate from target margins, aiming for high
accuracy, low volatility
b) Responsible for managing the monthly inter-company uplift rate
setting process of reviewing, proposing, agreeing and implementing
uplift rates
c) Work closely with the region and country F&P, accounting and
tax teams in this respect
d) Monitor application of fixed uplift rates
e) Assist with invoicing of quarterly or year-end true-ups where
applicable
2) Assist the Transfer Pricing Manager with the maintenance of
transfer pricing documentation and an audit defense framework
a) Maintain inventory of transfer pricing requirements for each
country WW
b) Maintain inventory of existing documentation with aging and
renewal dates
c) Co-ordinate timely updates of transfer pricing documentation
d) Review all documentation for accuracy and consistency before it
is finalized
e) Work closely with outside service providers in this respect
3) Manage and control inter-company agreements
a) Maintain inventory of inter-company agreements with aging and
renewal dates
b) Co-ordinate timely updates and execution of inter-company
agreements
c) Maintain copies of all relevant Board decisions and Board
meeting minutes
d) Work closely with legal department in this respect
4) Maintain detailed process for the above in WFM
5) Manager and control the ICA process
a) Review and comment on all ICA requests
b) Maintain tax code list
c) Coordinate with local tax team in this respect

Position Requirements:
Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above (Major in Tax/Finance is preferred)
2. Familiar with transfer pricing tax regulations is preferred
3. Solid knowledge and experience in tax/finance/accounting is
preferred
4. Good command of both spoken & written English
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
6. Sound business acumen
7. Self-motivated and can drive result under pressure
8. Take responsibility with commitments
