- Performs generalist duties in the Human Resources Department

- Facilitates a collaborative environment and implements appropriate change management initiatives.

- Provides customer service to support the business through the consistent application of Human Resources policies and practices

- Demonstrates advanced competency for troubleshooting and problem solving, and advanced customer and vendor/partner interface skills.

- Fosters team progress, takes the initiative to take on challenging assignments and creates opportunity where none exists.

- Develops business partnership relationship with management and employees through expert consultative counsel and support of the human resources function

- Effectively communicates, establishes and maintains effective employee relations with all levels of management and employees.

- Assists in staffing & recruiting to ensure the best talent is selected, be responsible for employee on board and exit interviewing.

- Coordinates relocation and immigration activities

- Assists in company culture building

- Recommends new approaches, policies, and procedures to effect continual improvements in efficiency of department and services performed.

- Works on salary administration and benefits projects as required.

- Leads employee activities and events sponsored.

- Participates in and/or leads special group projects as required.

- Responsible for other generalist duties as required.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in human resources or psychology or business

- 3+ years of experience in human resources

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
