PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
1. Learn technical from headquarter and make application local or abroad for truck cab tilt hydraulic system and hydraulic power system of medical bed.
2. Execute TS16949 procedure in project management and new product development.
3. Execute engineering standard and make DV&PV plan for NPD, develop necessary lab test equipment or apparatus.
4. Set up regular technical communication with engineers in Europe headquarter.
5. Update part or product by executing the ECN procedure.
6. Work out engineering solution or give technical support for customers. Work well with sales to provide technical support for after service.


Education background/Qualifications:
Specialized in mechanical engineering with bachelor or above degree.

Working experience:
1. Have at least 3 years work experience on product development.
2. Be knowledgeable of the new product development procedure. Be capable to design dedicated mass production parts or product.
3. Have auto mobile work experience with sensitive quality consciousness.
4. Be good at technical problems solving on work site both internal and in customer side.

Skills:
Be skillful at using Solidworks and Auto CAD drawing software.


Job Location: Taicang
(Daily Shuttle buses are offered to commute from Shanghai/Suzhou to Taicang.)
