职位描述：
General Mission:
In charge of daily operations of the 2 (and potentially more) online platforms, you are the online equivalent of a store manager.
Your main duty is to increase turnover of our online platform and maintain a decent level of margin. You will do it by promoting on-season, new collection products, which should contribute to at least 60% of our turnover, and special offers of old-season products.

Key Duties:
1. Ensure timely display on new products on our online stores, including:
            a) follow-up of sample reception and handover to shooting studio
            b) coordinating product shooting and picture retouching with our shooting studio
            c) ensure brand consistent expression in product shooting, with the help of marketing and product department

2. Analyse all data from online stores about online customer journey in order to:
            a) optimize Visual Merchandising on the platform
            b) design appropriate dedicated promotions and communication for online
            c) propose appropriate and creative actions to drive turnover upward.

3. Ensure consistency of the brand expression online and offline (promotions, communication) through proactive daily communication with suppliers (3PL, TP) and will other departments internally (product, marketing, sales, PA/SA)

4. Analysis of online sales and specific online promotions and coupons, reporting about performance of online stores.

5. Implementation of O2O projects under leadership of company O2O project manager (stock extension, delivery from stores, delivery to stores, etc)

Other Requirements:
- 3 to 5 years experience in e-commerce platform operation/management in China, preferably in fashion
- Personal interest in fast-fashion
- Strong understanding of China ecommerce ecosystem is necessary
- Capacity to pro-actively make proposal, take initiatives, find creative solutions to problems
- Strong sense of responsability, business mindset, and personal commitment to grow the TO
