原财务请长病假,合同6个月签订1次,会续签
Job Purpose
The office administrator plays key role in providing supports to the office on accounting, shipping & administration affairs.
Job Descriptions
Accounting duties
*Handle petty cash and cheque payment
*Prepare all incoming invoices and payment settlement
*Handle book-keeping and accounting data entry
*Record cash and bank statements
*Prepare monthly reports to General Manager and Accounts Dept. in HK office
*Responsible for reminding low level funds on hand 30% to General Manager
*Handle quarterly office taxation payment
*Assist yearly company audits
Administration duties
*Ensure office cleanliness, tidiness, safety and security of the office environment
*Maintain company assets, including office equipment like furniture, chairs, copy machines, fax machines, printer etc.
*Answer phone
*Order office supplies e.g. stationary, kitchen supplies, etc.
*Handle IT issues
*Take in charge of preparing works of internal activity
*Make travel arrangement for staffs such as booking flight tickets, hotels, car arrangement and other administrative affairs
*Coordinate with CIIC to deal with labor affairs
*Provide general services including incoming/outgoing correspondence; track employee attendance records
*Office Contract Certificate & License Renew and external communication
*Renew office legal certificates & Business License, Tax license
*Other duties are arranged by General Manager
Shipping duties
*Coordinate with nominated forwarder and merchandisers in the office to confirm booking and release shipments
Qualifications:
* College or above in administration, finance or accounting fields
* At least 3 years of working experience in these fields
* Ability to negotiate effectively
* Great research skill
* Working knowledge of Windows 2007/2010 office apps/PowerPoint
* Good commands on written and spoken English and Chinese
* Be proactive to deal with changes as business evolves with time
