Senior Allocation Analyst JD / 工作目的描述
Working under the leadership of the Manager of Planning & Allocation, and in partnership with the Merchandising, Retail Operation and Logistics, Senior Allocation Analyst leads the execution of allocation strategies based on merchandising vision, consistent with store sales plans and reflective of store priority and needs.
The Senior Allocation Analyst will help develop and implement process improvement for higher efficiency. He/she will also help develop communication standard to inform a wider company on allocation strategies related to new product launch, new store assortment preparation, store inventory builds particularly for holidays and key promotion periods, etc.
This position is focused on the in-season execution of the business plans for a product category(s). This includes the creation and execution of the allocation plan, monitoring inventory in DCs and stores, and maintaining replenishment levels.

Principal Accountabilities / 主要职责
1. Executing Weekly Replenishment & stock movement
1) Monitoring store stock levels and sales trends through reporting and analysis.
2) New opening store stock preparation and sales tracking.
3) Maintaining the replenishment levels in the allocation system in-season based on stock and sales trend analysis and product life cycle.
4) Balancing stock among stores and across channels as needed (consolidation/close out)
5) Reviewing promotional results and recommend promotion/markdown tactics

2. New Product Launch
1) Executing the initial seasonal allocation plans
2) Developing the allocation plan that aligns with the buy and product flow strategies for each season
3. Reporting and data maintenance
1) Weekly all store sales and inventory report data maintenance. Warehouse inventory analysis
2) Monthly DTC channel sales and month-end inventory data analysis.
3) Retail by channel season order maintenance and inbound reserve
4) Working with IT for the FREE ATP project following up.
4. Others
1) Communicating with Retail Operations on inventory and replenishment adjustments, inventory concerns, and any other information that impacts store operations
2) Work closely with Logistics to ensure timely and accurate deliveries of newness product.
3) Trouble-shooting and resolving allocation issues in a timely manner
Qualifications/要求:
1. Min 3 years of experience in retail, with minimum 2 years in allocation, or planning; Footwear and Apparel industry is plus
2. College degree or above. English communication in writing and reading.
3. Good sense at numbers and data; strong logical thinking.
4. Intermediate level in Excel; high regards and attention to details; good inter-personal and communication skills, ability to effectively prepare and present information and receive feedback; ability to work under pressure and with cross-functional teams.
