Role Summary/Purpose

Headquartered in The Netherlands, TPS is part of GE GGO GO-Finance.

Essential Responsibilities

-Manage the Program at the businesses in your region -Develop and execute strategies together with client to increase Program performance -Support client's Sourcing and Finance departments on implementing the Program at their supplier base -Develop initiatives that increase supplier satisfaction -Work closely together with European Commercial Team -Work with client on business process improvement projects in Supply Chain and Finance

Qualifications/Requirements

· 5 years account management with direct sales experience in business-to-business· Strong customer focus, effective communication and interpersonal skills· Strong negotiation skills· Problem-solver and self-starter· Bachelor or Master degree; preferably in Economics or Finance· Fluent in Mandarin & English· PC Skills: MS Office

· Experience with Sourcing and Finance organizations· Good financial knowledge of working capital and cash management· Experience in business process improvement· Six-Sigma training· Other language capabilitiesRemarks: 20-30% travel is required for this position
