Role Summary/Purpose

Essential Responsibilities

Provide process support to implement GE Life Sciences channel strategy. Support sales operation leader in activities related to driving dealer compliance and business growth. • Facilitate building LS channel strategy by different segments sales teams; • Fully understand GEHC China dealer compliance policy and development process; • Set up, implement, control and improve dealer operation processes within LS; • Lead new face dealer screening, dealer renewal, channel conflict monitoring & termination to support LS business growth; • Consistently track dealer performance and dealer inventory, and analyze channel coverage status and dealer productivity; • Conduct process training to both sales and operation teams.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or above; • 5+ year experience in channel management, or sales operations;• Excellent communication skill, exhibits the ability to interact effectively with various types of people;• Proficient at PC office software such as excel, word, PowerPoint etc.;• Detail oriented, commitment to deliver the results;• Responsible, sincere & trustworthy.

Desired Characteristics

• Sales experience/Trade and finance background is preferred;• Flexibility, good negotiation skills.
