Areas of responsibility

1. Structure and execute corporate finance transactions

- Including IPOs, mergers and acquisitions,

- International bond offerings and syndicated loans

2. Due diligence exercise

- Perform due diligence exercise for capital raising transactions and acquisition transactions

3. Conduct detailed financial/ valuation analysis

Minimum requirements

Education/Experience

- Chinese national, preferably with foreign passport to facilitate travel at short notice;

- Bachelor's degree from a good university (such as MIT), MBA preferred.

- At least 4 years transaction experience in investment banks;

Specific Knowledge/Skills

- Strong quantitative and analytical skills;

- Good knowledge and experience of various valuation methodologies and approaches;

- Good understanding of financial accounting concepts preferably with experience in GAAP standards in two or more countries including IFRS;

- Self Starter, team player and good communication skills,

- Fluency in English and Chinese (oral and written)

- Skilled in Excel and PPT

- Effective communication skills

- Ability to function effectively as an individual and in a team
