Business & Financials Analysis

1. Valuation and feasibilities studies.

2. Designing, developing and maintaining Financial Models.

- Long Range Planning

- Ad-hoc modeling exercise

- Modeling support to Corporate Finance

3. Capital investment evaluation.

4. Merger & Acquisition projects; including ad-hoc projects & due-diligence etc.

5. Supply chain analysis

- Identifying improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency an productivity

- Supply chain / Logistics analysis

- Process Mapping analysis

- Business Process Re-engineering

6. Research and analysis on business issues including Benchmarking & competitor Research analysis.




Market Analysis

1. Global industry analysis; understanding the movers and shakers of the industry, which include but not limited to the development of:

- Pricing Committee Report

- Quarterly Competitor Analysis

- Market Supply Demand Analysis

- Ad-hoc Data Research

2. Analyzing market attractiveness.

3. Supporting Business Development activities and development of marketing strategy.



Strategy Management

- Management of SATERI Group strategy and its implementation / deliveries

- Balanced Scorecard management, alignment & deployment

- Support to Performance Monitoring exercise

- Involve in any ad-hoc strategic projects as instructed by management



Initiative & Suggestion:

- Initiate, propose and input ideas/suggestions in objective to benefit the company and/or improve the current administration system or business operation

- Anticipate, analyze and report potential problem (if any) to CEO/ directors to arouse necessary attention or action




Business Analysis & Project Involvement:

- Draft and submit business analysis reports on regular basis or as requested by CEO & directors

- Involve and contribute in projects as requested by CEO/ Directors



Working relationships

Internal: CEO, Presidents, Other Board Directors and Strategic planning team in RGE and Sateri Group




Job requirements

Education/Professional Qualification/Experience

- Overseas' top MBA graduates

- At least 8 years full-time working experience, in the similar position of strategic planning/development in a multinational corporation environment, or in the business management consultant position with a worldwide prestigious consulting company



Business Knowledge/Special Skills

1. Language:

- Chinese as mother tongue

- Professional master of English both in written and spoken



2. Computer:

- Proficient user of Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook



3. Others:

- Challenge seeker with strong bias towards continuous improvement opportunities

- Careful, cautious, enthusiastic, strong leadership and self-driven

- Good analytical and logical thinking with strong business sense

- Good presentation skill and interpersonal communication skills
