职位描述
Report to Quality Manager
Essential Functions:
- Responsible for supplier quality system on-site audit;
- Provide enough support to supplier, keep/develop/create supplier control system to meet company's requirement;
- Lead supplier complete related document and process to ensure output the products can meet company's specification;
- SRPPM data collect and analyze;
- Lead inspector to conduct incoming material inspection;
- Communicating with oversea , local vendor for quality issue;
- Solve problem of material/supplier products in all process;
- Returned goods (supplier material, even from customer side) controlling;
Qualifications:
- BS in Engineering Degree or technical field;
- More than 3 years experience with supplier management and quality system control;
- Familiar with ISO 9001, ISO14000,OHSAS 18000 and other related system, having relevant certificates(internal audit);
- Good at using quality tools, like SPC,FMEA,MSA(Measurement System analysis),DOE(Design of Engineering);
- Good command of English;
- Excellent communication skills and team player;
- Familiar with office software;
Preferred
- 6 Sigma GB or BB
- ISO 9000,14000 OHSAS 18000 Lead Auditor/auditoe/internal auditor
