1 资格条件：
- 至少5年生产管理经验，熟悉注塑及汽车配件生产工艺流程，工程或技术学科学位。
- 可以管理技术和产品，开发工作计划，预算，并提供模具支持。
- 可以支持工艺计划，设备调试。
- 良好的英语沟通技能。
2 岗位职责：
- 全面负责生产操作、生产能力。
- 负责生产力组织。
- 保持与其他部门沟通。
- 审核和协调生产要求，管理机器生产能力，组织完善高效的生产方法。
- 分析生产和QC数据，执行并提高计划，不断提高和改进生产过程中的问题。
- 与销售部门经理计划和协调生产进度，负责并保证生产进度，质量标准，减少次品率，提供高于客户期望的质量水平和售后服务。
- 计划人力要求，设备要求，有效地控制人力安置，防止人力浪费。
- 保持最佳生产作业系统，有效利用生产力，保持生产环境整洁。
- 合理安排规划车间的布局及设备安装定位。
- 根据公司职责要求，鼓励、激励下属。
- 负责生产制造，维持、保证生产持续进行。
- 满足客户要求，努力达到精益生产的要求。
