职位描述

Location: Shanghai

Report to: Asia HR Director



Responsibilities:-

- Participate in the process of business strategy into functional strategy to make sure that all the HR initiatives support the achievement of functional and business objectives.
- Articulate and implement HR policy and strategy to ensure that people related initiatives are deployed in alignment with company strategy.
- Identify the areas and opportunities for improvement of organization effectiveness, suggest the optional solutions to boost the organization effectiveness.
- Facilitate functional head to plan the allocation of workforce, provide suggestion and solution to optimization of human capital.
- Facilitate the hiring manager to create position descriptions that define job-specific responsibilities, knowledge, skills and abilities.

- Assist Corporate HR and facilitate line manager to identify employee development needs and suitable development interventions.
- Provide guidance to managers on the wages and salaries of all employees under the framework and principals provided by Corporate HR.
- Coach line management and employees to apply HR related initiatives.
- Understand total package of HR related solutions. Facilitate people managers to apply to resolve people issues, and improve the effectiveness of people and organization.
- Frequently communicate with employees and line manager. Investigate and resolve employee relations problems, either directly or through advice to line management.
- Understand business needs and HR implications by maintain communication with the line managers.
- Lead and develop subordinates to be cohesive, cooperative, motivated and empowered to meet business and HR objectives.

Requirements:-

- University degree or above.
- At least 10 years HR experience including minimum 3 years in managerial role.
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation, problem solving and leadership skills.
- Ability to perform multiple tasks in a complex organizational matrix
- Proficient at MS Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint and Lotus Notes.
- Good verbal and written communication skills in both Chinese and English.
