职位描述

Report to: Asia HR VP (Expat)
Location: Shanghai

Objectives of the job:
1. Implementation of a professional Human Resources Management within the country in close co-operation with Regional Human Resources
2. Supporting local line management and Regional HR by coordinating all HR activities of the companies in China
3. Organization structures in line with HR needs of business
4. Effective communication systems established

Responsibilities:

1. Development of the Human Resources department in China
2. Ensure application of Group HR Policy/Standards/Guidelines in the country
3. Development of an employee-oriented company culture that emphasizes quality, continuous improvement, and high performance
4. Ensure adequate HR services (attraction, recruitment, retention, development, training, counseling etc)
5. Short-/mid- and long-term (human) resources planning
6. Initiation, planning and coordination of training activities
7. Implementation and management of efficient systems regarding performance appraisal, compensation/salary review and personnel/management development
8. Labor/Industrial relations within the country
9. Compliance with all applicable national and local labor laws & regulations
10. Counsel, coach and support line management in all HR management style related questions
11. Contribute to the safety of the workforce
12. Harmonization of Salaries and Benefits of members of Local staff across the different functions (shared with BU Paper, Sales, Operations and support Functions)
13. Setting of Corporate of Regional HR Policy/Standards/Guidelines
14. People Management: leadership, succession planning, hiring, training, coaching, communication, organizational development (structure and process), people development of her team
15. Inform all involved "Heads of legal units" about relevant business transactions prior to decision making

Requirements:
1. University degree in business administration/law/HR management or equivalent education
2. At least 5 to 8 years) years of experience in Human Resource Management
3. In-depth knowledge of local Labor Regulations
4. Former experience with a manufacturing company and in an international organization
5. Proven working experience with JV organizations
6. A mature personality with a high integrity
7. Excellent communication skills
8. Good command in both oral and written English
Computer literate including MicroSoft Office
