职位描述

Position Scope:

- Provide business and financial leadership to the company in strategic and technical decision making process. Ensure the company local policies and procedures in line with Company's guidelines. The role will partner and support General Manager in driving financial performance, managing and leading key business processes including the annual operating plan (AOP), strategic plan (STRAP), monthly operating review (MOR) and financial forecasts.



Description:

- Play the role of financial adviser and business advocate whilst maintaining compliance to financial controls, policies and principles

- Use financial and operational data to analyze trends and financial impact to provide meaningful operational performance insight that helps the business execute on operational commitments and meet financial targets

- Demonstrate a high degree of business acumen and help drive the strategic agenda of the business (both Commercial and ISC)

- Lead AOP process and monthly/quarterly business review. Perform adhoc analysis to determine business trends and provide decision support related financial information

- Reviews working capital and costing structure and drives cash flow improvement and cost reduction initiatives

- Lead finance team and is accountable for team's performance and development and succession plan.

- Ensure continuous efficiency improvement in accounting & reporting procedure

- Perform other duties as assigned by Regional Finance Controller and China General Manager


Qualifications:

- Minimum of a university degree with a major in Business/Accountancy/Finance

- Minimum 10 years experience of finance, at least five years working in a JV/WOFE manufacturing company and at least two years supervisor or above experience.

- Strong leadership, mentoring and people management skill

- Strong cost accounting and a deep understanding of financial analysis

- Good knowledge of International GAAP and Chinese GAAP

- Strong knowledge of ERP and reporting system- SAP / HFM knowledge is preferred

- Self starter, good leadership ability, a Team player with a sense of urgency

- Comfortable working in a high pressure environment and to tight deadlines

- Strong communication skills and ability to relate to people at all levels of the organization
