职位描述
Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain and control the inventory of raw materials and MRO items to support the production plan and the customer requirements.
- Regularly interface with the Sales function to forecast, schedule, and control the flow of materials. Supervise the Production Planner
- Administer the Purchasing function/process
- Maintain necessary database to develop a Master Production Schedule to support customer requirements and efficient manufacturing processes.
- Schedule future raw materials and tooling requirements using MRP system.
- Maintain good working relationship with internal and external customer and vendors.
- Manage the Shipping and Receiving function, including the Import and Export function.
- Research vendors and purchasing strategies that continually provide the best overall quality at the lowest price
- Develop cost reduction programs that reduce internal costs and vendor costs.
- Maintain direct vendor relations with the key vendors. Control the Logistic functions for high customer satisfaction and minimum cost.
- Assure that quality, environmental system and procedures that meet the requirements of the standards (QS9000, VDA6.1, and ISO14001) are maintained and effectively used.
Requirements:
- This position requires a BS degree in a related business field.
- Over 10 years working experience, automotive industry is plus
- Skilled in MRP and related business systems is essential.
- The position also requires good oral (both English and Mandarin) and written communication skills in order to communicate effectively with customers, vendors and r management.
- Must have strong leadership skills and be able to manage in a fast paced and constantly changing environment.
