职位描述
Primary Responsibility
- Responsible for implementation of projects and programs using Product Development Process
- Coordinate all cross-functional activities with Company and Divisional departments as required for Program Management
- Facilitate review meetings to communicate program or project status and activities
- Follow Internal Control procedures and resolve any non-compliance issues on schedule
- Assistant to Control project cost and timing estimating
Formal Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree of mechanical engineering required
- 3 years working experience minimum with program or project management in the automotive industry.
Knowledge & Experience:
- High level of organizational skills, for reporting and tracking multiple assigned programs and projects
- General understanding of Engineering and Manufacturing processes and documentations, including PDP, P/DFMEA, SPC, etc.
Competencies & Skills
- Engineering, Program Management, Purchasing or equivalent experience.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and problem-solving ability.
- Very good experience in MS-Excel and MS-PowerPoint required
- Strong verbal/written communication skills in both Chinese and English.
