职位描述
Objectives of the job:
- Achieving Group deadlines and quality requirements with respect to all financial reporting by Chinese entities, with compliance with the Group Accounting and Reporting Manual (ARM) and adoption of IFRS for all internal financial reporting and as far as regulations allow locally also
- Achieving timely and compliant completion of external audits with unqualified audit opinions
- Periodic Analysis to support operation, sales and other finance function to make better decision
Performance Measurement:
- Closing and Reporting: Achieving Group deadlines & quality requirements
- Audit Results (Tax, Finance, etc.): Percent of timely and effectively implemented recommendations as percent of total due recommendations.
- EBITDA (shared with the company & country management teams)
- OVA (" Value Added", shared with company and country management teams)
- MBO's as agreed annually with the head of finance & controlling China
Responsibilities :
- Management of direct reports, including leadership, succession planning, hiring, training, coaching, communication, organizational development (structure and processes), personal development, etc.
- Inform all involved members of local management, 'Heads of legal units' and where relevant, regional management regarding relevant business transactions prior to decision making
- Overall control of periodic closing and deliver the group reports ( OGIS/OMIS)
- Overall control of preparation and submission of periodic financial statements (IFRS and local) and all other internal financial reporting such as FPR.
- Primary contact with external auditors, ensuring timely completion of external audits, obtaining appropriate management letters, audit opinions, and acting upon there recommendations
- Application of and compliance with Company Group standards and policies
- Compliance with Company Group, and where applicable, locally legislated internal control and audit requirements
- Master Data Management; Ensure closed value flows in the local ERP system - reduce manual intervention
- Coach the local team to keep update knowledge of the group reports and IFRS/ Chinese accounting standard
- Provide financial and analytical support where requested by company managers/staff, eg production/logistics/marketing, with a view to cost-efficiencies/profitability improvement
Shared Responsibilities :
- Co-ordinate and submit 5 year forecast/plan updates in accordance with Company Group deadlines and quality expectations (with local management team)
- Ensure adequate insurance coverage in terms of quality and appropriate/prudent calculations/schedules (with local operations management)
- Variance analysis report and financial comments
Excluded Responsibilities:
- Change Group Standards & Policies.
- Change ERP templates.
Education / experiences /skills / competencies required
- Bachelors Degree in Accounting or with full Professional qualification (eg. CIMA, ACCA) with 7 years related working experience in manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge in IFRS and Chinese GAAP
- Resourceful
- Analytical skillGood communication & interpersonal skills.
- Good at Excel and other office application
