1.1.资格条件：

- 大学本科以上学历，高分子材料专业或两年以上采购工作经验，英语六级，有良好的英语口语交流水平。

- 熟悉汽车行业采购、销售渠道，了解采购程序。

- 有商业谈判经验。熟悉汽车内饰件价格。

- 熟悉PC及QAD系统。

- 有良好的沟通能力及团队合作精神。

1.2.岗位职责：

- 按照APQP程序，进行新项目的开发、监督和控制整个开发过程。

- 负责基本原材料，汽车内饰件的价格谈判工作。

- 审核和确定采购件的价格和商务条款。

- 审核和签发订单意向书、采购合同。

- 在新产品开发PPAP阶段，签发订单。

- 寻找新的供应商，确定潜在供应商。

- 负责把合格供应商信息输入QAD系统。

- 监督和控制采购文件、供应商文件的整理、存档和保管。

- 降低采购成本，制定每年的采购节省预算并呈报总部。

- 制作PIM采购节省报表。

- 审核、批准年度供应商评审计划。

- 监督、控制和推动SRS系统的实施。

- 按照公司的供应商管理程序，实施控制。

- 负责寻找有资质的合格化学品运输商和废弃物回收商。

- 负责协调采购部同其他部门的业务关系。
