Main Responsibilities:

- Lead in the preparation of APR (advanced program review) file with cost estimation, capex spending, NPV and IRR calculation. Make sure information are accurate and consistent.

- Lead the APR review discussion to understand business background , challenge the assumptions and provide solid advice to the sales/management team

- Control APR approval process to ensure all APRs are properly documented and approved.

- Other ad-hoc projects/or assignments as needed.

Requirement:

- A Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting or Engineering

- Strong communication skills in Chinese and English

- 8+ years working experience in plan/cost management in manufacturing environment

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
