Position Description:
The ideal candidate will have a diverse range of experience
including effective stakeholder engagement, project management, and
leadership of diverse resource teams across multiple geographies.
Excellent communications skills will be required to engage a
globally dispersed team.

Responsibilities
1.Manage the whole lifecycle for multiple software projects to
ensure product delivery with high quality.
2.Work with Lenovo Japan and China team to deliver software
products.
3.Negotiate with cross teams to provide creative solutions that
meet customer requirements.
4.Understand project metrics and can adjust project plan as
necessary, remove impediments where needed, and keep stakeholders
informed and bought-in to project changes.

Position Requirements:
1.Familiar with Windows platform development.
2.More than 2 years working experience in IT field, and at least 1
year Japan local work experience is preferred.
3.Good project management skills; be able to manage multiple
projects simultaneously. PMP is preferred
5.Good people management skills; communicate well internally and
externally.
6.Fluent Japanese, be able to use Japanese as working language.
7.Bachelor's degree or higher in a technical field or
equivalent.

工作职责：
1.负责在日语环境下PC软件整个生命周期的管理，包括立项报告，可行性分析报告，项目状态跟踪与监控和项目推进。
2.与Lenovo中国和日本的产品团队合作开发，按时高品质交付软件产品。
3.负责组织团队技术研究和创新，不断改进提高项目质量。
4.识别和发现项目运作中的不足，制定计划并推进实施加以改进，确保项目有效实施。

职位要求：
1.熟悉Windows平台软件开发；
2.良好的项目管理经验，能够承受压力，善于分析思考。PMP相关培训经历者优先。
3.较强的人际沟通技巧，能够和相关人员进行高效及时沟通，灵活应对突发事件。
4.熟练应用日语读写。流利日语口语，将日语作为主要语言与日本团队对项目沟通了解，澄清以及谈判。
5.本科以上学历，计算机软件，通讯，日语相关专业，2年以上软件项目管理相关工作经验。
