职位描述

Position Objective

- The Internal Controls position ensures that all sites and facilities across Asia are compliant to the Information Security Practices Manual (ISPM) and SOX 404 Requirements. He is likewise responsible for developing a sustainable Risk Management program for IT.
- This Process improvement function of this position ensures that process improvement and corrective actions are executed to completion.


Position Key Functions

- Performs periodic on-site review of each facility's IT internal controls and procedures.
- Provides a report of each site's compliance and deficiencies to the IT Director
- Develops programs and initiatives to sustain internal controls and risk management for all sites across Asia.
- Coordinates with LAS and the External auditors for the scheduling and performance of all audits.
- Ensures site preparation for all internal and external audits
- Provides suggestions for corrective actions and process improvements
- Tracks execution and completion of process improvement actions.
- Coordinates the standard deployment of process improvements across Asia.
- Serves as custodian of all documentation related to process improvements across the region
- Develops methods and procedures for communicating with a virtual team of internal controls champions across the region.


Position's Profile

Key Competencies/Description:

Education:
- B.S. Degree in Information Systems preferred
- Any Engineering or 4 year course

Experience:
- Must have at least 4 years experience in data processing or other technology related fields
- At least 3 years experience in a Project Management position
- Audit experience is a competitive advantage

Personal Competencies:
- Excellent oral and written communications.
- Good inter-personal relations.

Skills/Knowledge
- Familiar with Microsoft Operating Systems and applications
- Microsoft Networks
- Unix Operating Systems
- Knowledge on ITIL (IT Information Library) principles
- Knowledge on ISPM and SOX 404 are an advantage
