职位描述
Location: Nanhui
Major Job Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor production and material plan.
- Manage and monitor inventory level, turn over rate and inventory value control, implement E&O analysis and action plan implementation.
- Manage and monitor shipping and receiving plan to ensure proper material flow
- Manage and maintenance QAD system data and solve QAD system issues
- Warehouse layout planning and continues improvements
- Kanban System design and implementation, ensure material FIFO
- Be responsible for Environment Health & Safety issues in the department to meet company and local government requirements
- Support defining ship frequency & mode on the most economical way
- Establish logistics procedure and monitor procedure and work instruction are followed
- Provide initiatives of logistics cost reduction. Support the activities of advanced logistics, consolidate/de-consolidate, milk-run and lean logistics network
- Other tasks assigned by senior management
Major Job Qualifications / experience/Education
- College or Bachelor degree
- 5 years experience in logistics & materials management, preferably in automobile industry
- Strong skills in logistics cost analysis, network design and optimization, performance measurement reporting and problem solving.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- Good leadership skill
- Fluently use QAD system and solve QAD issues
