职位描述
PURPOSE OF POSITION:
- Responsible for the overall schedule, scope, and cost of product, production, regional commercialization and/or technology development projects. Oversee, track, and guide PROLaunch activities and tasks related to new technology and product development, including design and gate reviews. Collaborate within company,with suppliers and customers to achieve the objectives defined by the Regional Business Unit & Global Product Teams.
- Optimized commercial results for all programs including New Product Development, Market Introduction, Localization of Manufacturing and Infrastructure focused projects develop, plan and execute various product related projects for Hybrid mainly.
- Responsible for cost, quality and delivery of product and infrastructure projects.
- Implement risk management plans
Essential Functions:
- Successful commercialization of all programs is paramount
- Lead regional Program and Project Managers
- Plan resources and coordinate with functional managers
- Update and advance program management processes
- Product, Process and Technology Development experience
- Direct customer and/or market experience is desirable
- Experience on drivetrain technology is desirable.
Requirements:
- 6-10 years working experience.
- 3 years experience in program or Project Management is preferred.
- 5+ years experience in product development, product planning, supply chain or production.
- Previous experience with managing customer relations
- Understanding Business system and program manager tools are required
- Understanding of advanced business tools such as design of six sigma,Lean.
- BS degree required. MBA preferred.
