职位描述
1. Purpose of Position
- Be responsible for the development, deployment and implementation of training and development programs in Greater China region, be a local contact person with Regional WD&L COE for deployment of corporate initiatives in L&D. Create and continuously improve China's L&D strategy.
2. Major Responsibilities
- Develop the regional annual training plan and budget proposal.
- Support the deployment and implementation of any corporate L&D programs in China (including Global LMS, CLC e-learning, on-line PD&R, etc)
- Coordinate with regional WD&L manager to deploy corporate initiated programs.
- Support the regionalized corporate programs (Global Leadership Development Program, DOL Training, Supervisor Effectiveness training, Orientation, etc.) and deliver the Orientation program.
- Manage China Training Council
- Support Values deployment in China.
- Manage the development of new local initiatives as requested by the Business Council
3. Required Skills and Education
- Education level: bachelor degree or above
- At least 6 years relevant working experience (including organizing large-scale training event) in big multi-national companies
- Good English language proficiency
- Have training delivery experience
- Good coordination and communication skills
- Ability to influence
- Team player and self-initiative
- Ability to work with senior leaders
