职位描述
SAP FI/CO project manager will be responsible to lead multiple projects in SAP as well as other financial applications such as Hyperion consolidation, Capital Appropriations system, and Travel & Expense System. This includes project initiation and requirements definition with business finance team, system design, management of program development with ABAP team, coordination of testing and training, implementation, and post implementation support. Project manager will also be instrumental in managing overall SAP FICO environment, including supervision / approval of service request bug fixes and enhancements.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead multiple projects in SAP FI/CO and other financial systems.
- Manage service request review/resolution as part of the engagement with SAP business team, including but not limited to, month end closing, process enhancements, on-going SAP ECC implementations, etc.
- Be able to troubleshoot day to day FICO issues related to businesses
- Manage analysis, design, and configuration to coordinate all levels of requirements gathering, process modeling and system set up
- Engage with business finance members to understand new requirements or issues and provide solutions / resolution
- Help business to identify opportunities for standardized processes across sites and SBUs
- Help business to identify productivity solutions to streamline financial processes across businesses
- Configuration of Finance and Controlling integration to Project system, Profitability analysis, Profit center accounting , Over head costing
- Review and test enhancements, customizations, and reports developed by the ABAP team
- Provide guidance on SAP FICO module customization based on best practices
- Enforce change management practices in all engagements
- Complete implementation of tasks to ensure specified SAP needs are being met

- Learn and maintain a thorough understanding of business functions and combines that knowledge with the ability to easily facilitate change
Qualifications:
- BE / MCA / BA / MBA or related discipline or equivalent functional/technical work experience is required; MBA in Finance or CPA preferred
- A functional/technical professional with at least 2 full lifecycle SAP R/3 implementation and 5+ years of industry or consulting experience (SAP FICO)
- Strong knowledge of SAP FI/CO processes and integration across SAP is required
- Experience in ECC 6.0 is preferred
- SAP certification is a plus
- Fluent English, both written and spoken, is required
- Adept at designing and implementing technology-enabled business solutions for clients as part of a high-talent team
- Should have coordinated Integration testing for Implementations
- Work with virtual team of people from application, technology and business process teams
- International experience is a plus
