职位描述
汇报对象：总经理
1 资格条件：
- 本科以上学历，相关物流行业5年以上管理工作经验。
- 良好的计划、组织、控制、协调能力。
- 优秀的谈判能力。
- 熟悉国内物流操作的各个环节。
2 岗位职责：
- 根据公司发展计划，制定部门年度/月度工作计划及工作总结并组织实施。
- 部门的预算制定与成本控制。
- 确定下属的工作计划，设定下属的KPI指标，并追踪考核。
- 根据部门运作情况，会同人力资源部，合理设置岗位，安排人员分工。
- 配合人力资源部，完成部门团队的建设、发展及人员日常管理工作。
- 完善、优化国内物流运作管理制度、标准操作流程（SOP）。
- 根据部门的业务发展需要，合理布设、完善操作网络，并实施有效管理。
- 合理设置操作监控点，并实施有效监控，保证运作的顺利进行。
- 完成各物流元素（国内运输、市内配送、仓储分拨、流通加工）成本标准化工作。
- 参与制定、实施供应商发展及管理方案，参与同供应商的谈判，参与供应商的甄选。
- 负责部门业务操作所需的对内、对外协调工作。
- 配合公司销售部建立报价资料库和报价策略。建立各类运输，仓储服务的报价资料库。
