- 负责编制公司预算，内部管理报告以及支持工业化部在工业财务控制方面的工作；Responsible for the budget preparation for the company, internal management reporting and to support the Industrial Department on the industrial finance control matters;

主要工作职责/Main job responsibilities

- 负责编制公司的年度预算以及季度预测的工作/Responsible for the annual budget preparation and quarterly rolling forecast for the company;

- 负责编制公司的内部管理报告以及财务分析的工作/Responsible for the preparation of the internal management reports and financial analysis;

- 负责准备公司董事会议材料的工作/Responsible for the preparation of the Company’s board meeting materials;

- 支持工业化部工业效益项目的财务跟踪管理以及工业成本控制的工作To support the Industrial Department on the finance management of the industrial productivity program and industrial costs control;

所需学历/Minimum education required

- 本科学位/Bachelor degree

专业/Professional

- 财务或会计专业/Major in Finance or Accounting

所需技能/Skill required

- 财务管理有较强的技能及知识/Good skill & knowledge on finance management

- 有较强的组织协调及沟通能力/Good in organizing and communication skill;

- 有较强的中英语水平/Good command in both Chinese and English language

- 较强的电脑使用技能(拥有SAP知识及技能最佳)/Good computer skill (with SAP knowledge and skill will be a plus)

- 对于电气行业有一定的了解最佳/Right knowledge about electrical business will be a plus

工作经验要求/Working experience required

- 拥有预算及内部管理报告编制的工作经验，拥有在制造工厂财务工作经验，拥有在外资企业的工作经验, 在相当职位有3到5年的工作经验/Possess the working experience on the budget & internal management reports preparation, possess the finance experience in the manufacturing field, possess the working experience in foreign invested enterprises, with 3 to 5 years working experience in the relevant position;
