职位描述
Repor to Global Sales Director - Expat
Responsibility:
1. Delivery of Region AOP (net sales and gross margin)
Build and execute Annnual Operating Plan (AOP) for the Region Business.
Visit regularly customers and key accoutns with our sales people.
Manage direct reports to ensure their accounts deliver AOP objectives.
Review regularly team achivements and results, propose corrective measures to close possible gaps.
Deliver Gross Profit target for the Region:
Manage and maximize margin mix through appropriate tactical pricing and rebates.
Define rebate policy for the region, taking into account the different customer types and actors in the market.
Coordinate Activities at the customer
Prepare customer specific actions in order to achieve results
2. Key Account Management
Decide strategy for the Key accounts
Approve contracts from the commercial point and ensure that they are implemented.
Assure that strategy is implemented across the region for the key account support Key account manager for that.
Visit all Key accounts in the regions regularly to assure proper development of actions
Ensure followup of actions from international agreements.
3. Market Development
Analyze market potential in the region
Propose specific actions according to segmentation and area.
Seek out and develop new channel and new account opportunities.
Create plan to win new customers regularly.
Ensure that customers keep buying products and propose specific actions.
Plan with Marketing an activity plan to support sales
Ensure support from sales team for design and implementation of sales promotion.
4. Leadership
Follow HON Processes:
Demand plan: Ensure that the sales forecast is regularly made with the latest market knowledge (market siuation, competitive knowledge and cusotmer feedback).
AOP: prepare AOP for the region, include market knowledge and action plan for achieving targets.
Provide guidance and coaching to the sales team
As there won't be any team at the begining need to hire and develop team as sales grow or propose alternative sales force strategy.
Development of employees via HPD program, assure continuos improvement of skills
Daily and weekly management of sales team.
Be the recognized voice of the Sales organization in the organization.
Ensure coordination with Customer Service and ISC for all activities related with the market (price actions, promotions, special orders etc.)
Requirements:
Technical or administrative education (mechanical automotive, sales & marketing)
Preferably: Enigneering or Economics degree
Experience in sales more than 5 years as a sales rep, Key account manager and regional sales manager
Preferably in the automotive aftermarket trade business
Commercial spirit, negotiation skills, sociable, customer orientation.
Understanding on economic key indicators (plan, revenue, gross margin)
Ability to understand technical systems
MS-Office: XL, PowerPoint
Languages: English fluent in reading and writing
