职位描述

- Responsible for the overall sales strategies and results of a major geographic/continental area, region, or country.

- Plans and directs all sales activities including planning and implementing forecasts, developing policies as well as staffing and training of the sales force.

- May have responsibility for the pre-sales function.

- Establishes short and long term goals and quotas in line with corporate objectives.

- Intermediate Level - General supervision of work with assignments that require a thorough and practical knowledge of the technical or business discipline.

- May be assigned to small projects or to phases/portions of larger projects.

- Proficient with tools, systems, and procedures required by the work.

- Understands and applies most principles, theories, concepts, and techniques utilized in the discipline.

- Developing experience in the applicable discipline in solution creation and increasing business knowledge.

- Provides resolution to various problems of moderately complex scope.

- Exercises judgment in the use of defined procedures and practices.

- Has mastered most of the basic job responsibilities.

- Contacts are typically with other members of the team, management, and/or outside the immediate organization.

- Failure to achieve goals may require additional resources to correct.


Requirement

- Bachelor or above degree with 5 - 10 year experience.

- Strong communication skill internally within organization and externally with customer

- Basic sales skill on probing, solution, quotation, negotiation, presentation, deal closing, strategy etc.

- Booking/Revenue planning for response customer on Yearly, monthly basis

- Capable to provide the solution for various problems

- Fluent in English both in both written and oral

- Small/mid level project management skill is a plus

- Above 3 years working experience in Semiconductor.

- Above 2 years working experience in international company, US and Europe company is preference

- Above 3 years working experience on Sales

- High level touch experience at director level above

- Bachelor degree on Vacuum system/mechanical/Automation/Semiconductor related
