主要职责:
- 找出最佳商业实践方法(BBP)的差距,与工厂的各级人员建立和执行改进策略评估AE事业部(该事业部有16家企业在中国,1万多人)
- 中国 BBP业绩的当前情况,运用全球基准数据来协助工厂操作,指导团队开发弥补差距的计划
- 指导工厂的工作人员和CI团队掌握BBP的报告体系,贯彻执行最终实现弥补差距
- 运用全球BBP范例与区域的产品线研讨会沟通,贯彻开发,实现弥补差距的成果
- 指导工厂的工作人员和CI团队,运用正确方法和DMAIC工具进行持续改进工作
- 负责审查工厂BBP盈利计划数据和制定随后的数据预测目标,激励团队成功完成
- 能够收集每月BBP报告和演示包,供高层审阅
- 使用标准的跟踪和报告体系,准备详细的计划,推动项目履行,并确保按时完成和保证产品/过程质量,节约成本的目的
- 与合资领导层合作,开发CI的进度表,推动实现突破性进展和最优秀的绩效改进
- 协助过程组找出阻碍项目成功的因素,必要时协助调整
- 文件方式记录改进过程的学习经验并与CI团队和区域性合资领导层分享最佳做法
- 积极参与全球BBP的研讨会,积极主动提出中国区域BBP的范例,找出中国地区的潜在机会。
- 积极配合中国CI团队,为符合标准而进行的任何战略措施,实施新的系统,设计创造性的解决方案方面获得持续改进的业绩
主要要求:
- 相关领域学士学位,并在CI & Lean环境有4年工作经验
- 能够证明在现在和过去职位上有高水平的业绩表现
- 主动性,愿意做变革和谋求更高期望
- 出色的领导能力,能够很好处理与组织成员工作
- 掌握3个以上产品线的基本生产流程知识(eg. From, Trim座椅面套, foam发泡, metal金属骨架, JIT, Headliners头枕, Visors反光镜, Injection moulding注塑成型).
- 具有基本的金融知识,向高级领导介绍
- 具有良好的表达能力,有效地与各级别人员沟通,向大型组织推荐,包括高级领导和工厂的过程专家
- 具有基本的统计学知识,并将统计学运用到产品和工艺改进项目中
- 具有基本的计算机技能(电子表格应用的经验将是受欢迎的)
- 公司内部有足够的经验,能够理解的组织和业务流程
- 至少为绿带认证,取得精益生产执行者认证

Report to: Senior CI Manager, China
Location: Shanghai
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify gaps in Best Business Practice Metrics (BBP’s), and then work with all levels of the plants to establish and execute improvement strategies.
- Assess the current state of AE(Automotive Experience) China BBP performance and use Global benchmark data to help plant Operation & Management teams to develop gap closure plans.
- Coaches Plant Staff & CI team in understanding BBP reporting system and generating waterfall charts to achieve gap closure.
- Key role in regional Product Line workshops to communicate Global BBP examples and drive development of waterfall charts to achieve gap closure.
- Coaches Plant Staff & CI teams to apply correct approach / DMAIC tools for improvement.
- Key role in reviewing plant BBP Profit Plan data and subsequent Forecast goals; Drives team to achieve.
- Able to pull together monthly BBP report and presentation pack for senior leadership review.
- Using standard tracking and reporting systems, will prepare detailed plans, drive project performance, and assure timely completion and achievement of product / process quality, and savings goals.
- Collaborate with JV leadership to develop C.I. Roadmaps, driving breakthrough or Best-in-Class performance.
- Assists Process Owners in identifying barriers to project success and helps to drive changes when needed.
- Document improvement process learning and shares best practices with other CI team & JV leadership across the region.
- Actively participates in Global BBP workshops, pro-actively presenting BBP examples from China region, and identifying potential opportunities for China region.
- Assist China CI team in any strategic initiative that will help in compliance to standards, implementing new systems, and designing creative solutions that will continuously improve performance.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in related field and four years experience in CI & Lean environment
- Has demonstrated high-level performance in current and previous positions.
- Has shown initiative, the desire to drive change and is motivated to exceed expectations
- Has solid leadership skills and able to manage both vertically and horizontally
- Possesses basic manufacturing process knowledge across at least three product lines (eg. From, Trim座椅面套, foam发泡, metal金属骨架, JIT, Headliners头枕, Visors反光镜, Injection moulding注塑成型).
- Possesses basic financial knowledge, with the ability to present to senior leadership.
- Possesses good presentation skills, which will be effective at all levels, with the ability to present to large groups, including senior leadership & ‘in-plant’ process experts.
- Possesses basic statistical knowledge and the ability to apply statistics to product and process improvement projects.
- Possesses basic computer skills (experience with spreadsheet applications would be very helpful).
- Has sufficient experience within the Company to be able to understand the organization and its business processes.
- Has at least a certification as a Green Belt, and has received certification as a Lean Implementer.
- Has demonstrated effective interpersonal skills and the ability to exercise influence without authority
