Position Focus:
Design, develop, market and sell new textile products to key strategic OEMs globally.

Management Scope:
Management experience beneficial

Education:
Either Bachelor degree major in textile design. 纺织品设计专业本科学历
Or minimum of 5 years experience in Textile design.或者5年以上纺织品设计经验
Skills
Must be highly motivated and capable of seeking out own design inspiration.

Creative – must demonstrate a flare and passion for design, pattern, texture, touch.

Excellent colour vision required. 较好的色彩搭配感
Good command of speaking and writing English. 较好的英语说写能力
Understanding of Asia Automotive Market design and styling needs, Japanese, Korean language would be an advantage
了解亚洲地区汽车市场设计，花纹需求，能说日语韩语者优先
Experience:
5 years experience minimum.至少5年的经验
Job Specific Comments:
Knowledge of yarns, woven, weft knit, warp knit, dye, finish and new technologies would be an advantage

Responsible for all Design related activities to allocated OEM XXXX

To visit customer as required.

To attend OEM design kick off meetings.

To interpret the design requirements and select appropriate fabrics from already developed samples.解释设计要求，并从样品库挑选合适的面料
To create new designs using CAD to suit the customer design brief.

Responsible for the colour mastering process.
负责样品的颜色封样事宜
Work with the Senior Engineer and OEM cell to ensure fit for purpose product.

Must keep informed on Trends in the market place – inclusive of Automotive, Fashion, Home Furnishing and Technology. 保持市场流行趋势的敏锐性，包括汽车、时装、家装和技术
Utilise WGSN, Art Galleries, Museums, Magazines etc to compile research/
有效应用WGSN、艺术展、博物馆、杂志等实现素材的收集
Create mood/inspiration boards from this research.

Use this Trend research to create an annual design collection.

Assist in keeping the Global Textile Showrooms current.保持展示厅的不断更新
