职位描述
Primary Responsibility
- Overall perform and monitor all new facility related action items to meet company's requirements.
- Manage all facility procedures to meet company's standard & compliance requirements.
- Experience in new facility and land search, negotiation and familiar with all rated procedure.
- Define project goals, scope, timeline, and cost and hand over.
- Support New program facility investment for project approval process.
- Manage existing building operation/maintenance issues.
- Carry out any other facilities related assignments as directed by the management.
Requirements
Formal Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Civil Engineering, Business or equivalent to appropriate 4-year college programme.
Knowledge & Experience:
- Minimum eight years' Project management or construction management experience in related field.
- Strong technical background & experience in construction activities and solid commercial negotiation capability.
- Experienced with government regulation and requirements for project authorization and compliances.
- Detail-oriented, analytical and computer-literate, with proven leadership skills.
- Knowledge and understanding of construction standards, practices and techniques.
Competencies & Skills
- Skilled in AutoCAD and other design software.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and problem-solving ability.
- Strong verbal/written communication skills in both Chinese and English.
