职位描述

Reports directly to: HR VP, Asia.

Overall Job Responsibility
- This position is to develop and drive the talent management process and implementation in the region. It includes leading, driving and tracking talent management initiatives in each country in Asia.

Key duties
- Drive and implement talent planning and engagement, such as identify gaps of key positions, high potential talent review, succession planning, competency planning and evaluation, integrated Talent Management systems, Employee Satisfaction Surveys, retention and motivation strategies to support the professional and personal growth of the talents/high potentials.
- Track and analyses talent management metrics.
- Design and drive talent development programs such as training/development, mentoring, assessment tools, individual development plans, coaching programs, leader/ team consulting, corporate leadership institute programs.
- Design and implement new hire orientation, on-boarding, recognition programs, enabling culture/work environment, second programs, cross-cultural assimilation and global awards.
- Develop and implement employee communication projects such as newsletter, etc.
- Develop and track training and development program for the region.

Requirements
- Bachelor Degree.
- Must have 8 - 10 years of HR experience, of which above two years experience in Talent Management.
- Hands on, self motivated, energetic, teamwork, trustworthy, influencing skill and communication skill.
- Strong project management, execution and tracking skill
- Must have a deep and wide knowledge and experience in talent management, competency evaluation, training and development.
- About 10 – 20% travel
