职位描述
工作职责
- 负责建立项目横向协调小组；
- 负责制定、实施、维护项目时间进度计划；
- 负责制定、实施、维护项目预算计划，保证项目盈利；
- 主导产品成本研究，并采取相应措施，保证产品利润目标；
- 在项目实施阶段，负责与外部客户的交流，保证客户良好的关系；
- 负责项目组的内部协调、交流，并保证各成员之间联络顺畅，互通有无，并始终知悉项
- 负责与相关外部供应商的协调、交流，与供应商保持良好的关系；
- 负责项目按照相应的质量保证体系来进行；
- 负责定期向管理层汇报项目进展情况；
- 支持项目开发完成后，向正常生产的过渡；
- 总结经验教训，并汇总各项目组成员的经验教训。
任职资格
教育背景 本科以上，主修汽车工程或相关工程专业
工作经验 3年以上在乘用车内饰件项目管理工作的经验
技能知识 熟悉各主要乘用车客户的项目管理要求
熟悉内饰件项目管理的方法和流程；
了解汽车内饰产品设计/制造要求；
了解产品的制造工艺；
培训经历 PMI 培训者优先考虑
英语水平 良好的英语听说读写能力
电脑操作 熟练操作Office 办公软件如：Word、 Excel
性格态度
具有团队合作精神
良好的问题解决能力
自我驱动能力及较强的承受压力能力
