Responsibilities:

To support Company's business development in China, helping company achieve inorganic/organic development goals.

1. To assist management in developing growth strategies for growing China market.

2. To identify business opportunities to expand current market.

3. To identify possible partners/products for further development of market opportunities in China.

4. To lead and to manage the special projects involving M&A and joint ventures.

5. To initiate and drive the M&A project through market assessment, stage gate processes, negotiation, financial evaluation, development of JV contracts/agreements to the registration of new company.

6. To manage the project schedule and to coordinate the project activities with functional departments in the company and with concerned parties outside the companies.

7. To provide local support to the management team participating in any negotiations involving M&A and joint ventures.

Requirements:

1. Work experience in mechanical industry, bearing and power transmission preferred.

2. Good knowledge of business development, financial analysis and legal aspects in M&A.

3. Project management experience required.

4. Fluency in English Languages essential.

5. Articulate and out-going personality.

6. Good communication skills required with executives inside and outside of the companies.
