职位描述

Job Duties

 

The Business Analyst will be responsible for gathering requirements, investigating potential solutions, presenting recommendations, configuring and overseeing the testing of SAP Sales & Distribution functionalities within an integrated environment while providing on-going 2nd level support to the user community on SD-related issues. The candidate is also required to work closely with the Pricing Manager and will be responsible for the SAP-interface specification, upgrade, maintenance, production support and deployment of the Pricing system.

-          Involve in the SDLC cycle of SAP project rollout.

-          Work rapidly to learn the current business processes, SAP systems configurations, current and upcoming products in the area of sales & distribution..

-          Work closely with the business stakeholders to understand the business requirements and convert them to optimal SAP processes

-          Working with the MM and FI/CO SAP Analysts to provide on-going support to all end users
Investigate and correct issues within the SAP production environment

-          Responsible for SD unit testing, and integration testing

-          Continue the enhancement of key business processes through SAP

-          Support deployment and future enhancements of pricing systems

-          Coordinate all technical inputs to the pricing program, managing cross-team interdependencies and impacts, resolves or escalates issues as required

 

 

Knowledge

-          Minimum 3 full lifecycle SAP (R/3 or ECC) implementations

-          Minimum 4 years experience implementing and supporting SAP SD for multi-country (Asia Pacific preferred) companies, including Order processing, Pricing, and Billing functionalities

-          SD-Pricing knowledge

-          EDI knowledge

Desirable :

-          Experience in working with Pricing systems ( Ziliant, Pros)

-          Product costing knowledge

  

Skills:

 

-          Configuration of SAP Sales and Distribution Module.

-          Planning, documentation, analysis and business requirements management techniques

-          Facilitation of change management, conduct user training

-          Clear and consistent documentation

-          Analytical and able to conceptualize requirements

-          Testing, verification and validation techniques

-          Communication of technical information to a non-technical audience and business information to a technical audience

-          Manage systems interface development

-          Administrative and reporting abilities
