职位描述

Position Summary:

- The marketing manager Asia Pacific, oversees business activity including product management, pricing management, material development, marketing, channel management, and customer relations. Responsible for the development and execution of strategic marketing plans to support business target. Manage and direct business activity within Asia Pacific market to accomplish profitable growth and earnings objectives.

- Provides direction and recommendations based on factual data relating to products, marketing, pricing advertising, strategic planning, acquisitions, etc.


Scope/Supervision and Interaction:

- Position reports to the Vice President of Operations, Asia Pacific.

- Broad responsibility and leadership for marketing, sales and customer service functions in Asia Pacific


Essential Functions:

- Identifies technology, growth trends, and forecasts in market segments. Identifies and develops new products and opportunities for existing products to meet targeted growth plans in conjunction with engineering and operations.

- Coordinates development and implementation of product commercialization, including promotional programs, training programs for field and inside sales and distribution networks.

- Communicates with customers and develops strategies and programs to satisfy their requirements.

- Manages, trains, and develops team members and evaluates work performance. Applies performance management and leadership techniques to assure positive employee relations.

- Product and Material Line Management

- Pricing Management

- Channel Management

- Control program performance to achieve business plan objectives.

- Develop the strategic market plan and business direction

- Oversee all programs that promote, sell, and secure/extend new/existing business including important and major accounts.

- Establish, implement, and execute strategies for market development to achieve maximum potential of product acceptance and market growth.


Qualifications:


- Bachelor's degree in engineering is required. MBA is preferred.

- 8-10 years of experience in sales, marketing, or technical field requiring frequent customer interaction.

- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills and written/verbal communication skills.

- Strong leadership and team building skills.

- Excellent presentation skill.

- Domestic and foreign travel as needed
