Implement projects in the product development involving all required multi-local resources to meet the customer requirements.

- Harmonize and define the technical requirements with the customer in the form of defined project descriptions.

- Be responsible for the agreeing of targets with regard to quality, costs and deadlines with the client using existing methods by arrangement with the relevant or superior departments.

- Plan internal and external capacities, involve in appointing the team members taking account of the individual potentials and competences and assign the work packages.

- Assure the systematic relationship with internal and external clients and special departments to be involved.

- Make the project controlling in the form of reviews (final and intermediate reports) with the clients on the basis of agreed quality, costs and deadline targets.

- Make make-or-buy decisions in the context of the project (operating equipment, investments etc.) in cooperation with the project team or project purchasing by arrangement with the superior.

Requirement:

- Graduate in business engineering (polytechnic)

- Business experience necessary

- Good knowledge in English

- Knowledge of MS Office

- Knowledge in the area of process planning and team management
