工作要求：

Alloy Steel Department

Responsibility:

1. To manage the sales, new business development, , customer activities for Steel business in China; to develop products, sales and marketing strategy by gaining detailed knowledge of the China market for Alloy Steel and Value Added Components

2. To initiate/form, grow and manage the Asia Sales team and Agents to achieve business plan objectives for new and increased international sales. To build out additional resources across the region, both direct and agents. To develop the distributor and agent management process and incentive structure.

3. As a team member for Asia Growth Strategy and JV initiatives; align Steel business in Asia with the market opportunity supporting strategic affiliation and acquisition support the growth for both inside and outside of Asia customers. Provide on-going information on the economic environment in China and any changes in Chinese government industrial policy affecting our business.

4. To increase sales of Alloy Steel, Precision Steel Components products in China in line with Business Plan objectives; provide Sales forecast; to provide information on the changes and trends in the economy and government relations with industry.

5. To create and build and effective Sales and service organization in Asia to achieve targeted business plan performance; create brand awareness in emerging markets. This includes expansion of agent and distributor network in all countries.

6. To identify and document the market opportunities, supply channels and end-users for domestic and imported Alloy Steel tubing and bars and PSC products, with specific information on applications, competition and price competitiveness.

7. Key Liaison and/or Team Member for the following activities: Asia Growth Team and other initiatives that support interests of both Steel and Bearing Businesses, Alloy Steel Business management team(s) involved in China strategic initiatives, and with officials in local governments or Chinese Government Ministries (e.g. Bearing, Machinery)

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in a technical or engineering

- Excellent knowledge of management and sales marketing principles, industry practices, company and competitor products, technology, and service capabilities.

- Knowledge of business and operational processes; proposal development, contract negotiations, and program management. May require knowledge of international budgeting and acquisition processes and procedures.

- Demonstrated ability to lead people and obtain results through others typically acquired through ten or more years of increasing experience and responsibility including prior leadership and/or program management role.

- Demonstrated ability to organize and manage multiple priorities using effective problem solving / resolution skills and a team focus.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to effectively and persuasively present information to top management, customers, and employees.

- Good knowledge of products and processes - some time spent in manufacturing operations.

- Fluency in Chinese and English Languages
