职位描述

Summary:

- Work collaboratively with China business leaders & corporate communications to develop and implement communication strategies to build and advance company's brand, culture and reputation in China;

- Lead a communications team in China to ensure the strategies are executed on target and within budget, reaching all audiences especially associates, business partners, customers, and media, with planning and on-going measure process.

Job Responsibilities:

- Design comprehensive, consistent, content based communication plans and programs in China with respective to Corporate communication strategy, positioning, mission and goals.

- Co-ordinate communication functions within China legal entities, driving external and internal brand communications.

- Act as China spokesperson with regard to internal and external media, public relations, government affairs, community affairs and crisis management needed.

- Direct organizational communication efforts including internal communications, leadership messages, townhall meeting messages etc.

- Develop and reconcile "core" messages to ensure consistency and effectiveness

- Lead and develop China communications team.

Requirements:

- Outstanding oral and written professional communication skills - Fluent in both Chinese and English

- Excellent business mindset with ability to see big picture

- Effective Change Agent, ability to influence at all levels in organizations.

- Must be able to integrate knowledge of organization products and services with Public Relations knowledge.

- Strong leadership and talent management skills

- 12+ working experience, with 8+ multinational company communications/marketing working experience, 5+ managerial experience.

- Result and deadline oriented, mature and motivating, strong inter-personal skills

- Bachelor in Communications or Public Relations is a plus. MBA is a plus
