Job Title: Recruiting Specialist 招聘专员（全职）

工作地点：上海静安区（南京西路CBD地铁二号线步行5分钟）

工作职责：
1．分析和挖掘各部门人才需求，快速掌握实际需求；
2．独立（or under min. supervision）操作招聘全周期；
3．及时有效地与侯选人沟通、保证后续人才到位，高效地执行招聘任务；

4．建立和维护candidate pool及supplier network。

任职资格：
1．人力资源、心理学或英语相关专业，能流利地使用英语作为工作语言；
2．在外资咨询行业（市场研究行业优先）从事HR招聘模块2年以上；或有一年以上人才寻猎行业researcher相关经验；
3．熟悉招聘流程e-hr系统及人才测评工具，具有招聘渠道开发、供应商管理和维护的实际经验，了解并乐于尝试社会媒体招聘和雇主品牌建设；

4．具有结构化面试及情景面试的经验和技巧，能与候选人进行有效沟通达成面试目的；
5．熟悉劳动法、行业薪资标准及人事法律法规，善于分析和调研；
6．形象气质佳，乐观敬业、关注细节、自我驱动，结果导向；
7．高度的工作热情和抗压性，出色的沟通及协调能力。

Recruiting Specialist

Job Description

Relationships:
Personnel Management/Line Management /Recruiting & Staffing Management
Essential Responsibilities and Duties:
- Represents professionally at all in-house and offsite recruiting activities including job fairs, campus hire, interviews, etc.
- Screens, evaluates/interviews and conducts reference checks on candidates, maintains requisitions and advertising databases.
- Acts as a first point of contact for new recruits.
- Supports candidates through the interview process and keeps them informed along the way.
- Establishes contacts with universities and coordinates recruiting events.
- Conducts screening interviews together with hiring managers of the appropriate BUs and refers screened candidates for further consideration.
- Coordinates induction of new recruits and follows progress and success of new hires through the first year of their career.
- Complies with all applicable standards and policies.
- Identifies and participates in continuous improvement initiatives. Recruiter may be assigned other duties by his/her Manager, in addition to, or in lieu of those described above, according to the needs of the location or Company.

Previous Experience and Competencies:
University Degree with min. 2 years'experience.

Other requirement of job
The job may require business travels occationally to Colleges/university within the Country to conduct recruiting sessions; and Location Bases to conduct final interviews with candidate and managers
The candidate will participate in HR Training Program and is expected to complete the program within designated timelines
