Responsibilities:

1. Provides input to the global FEU to contribute to the definition of a Front End strategy, including:

- Management of a broad range of sources of future market information, including undertaking and managing specific market investigations as necessary.

- Analyze and characterize markets by assessing the market size/growth, value chain, business modules, dynamics, key players, and etc. and create simple models to describe and simulate market scenarios, including product life cycle and competitors reaction

2. Under the direction of regional and global FEU management, drive the implementation of the agreed strategy in China, including:

- Significant presence in the field to drive value selling and alignment with agreed strategies by the sales force.

- Drive "pricing for value" behaviors in the field for his market in scope

- Maintain and contribute to growth KPIs that will ensure achievements of objective

- Representation of the FEU in relevant industry events

- Forecasting ownership for the market(s) in scope

- Be the industry resource for the company and expert for value selling in these markets, in the equipment used in these markets and with major customers.

- Tactical pipeline management to meet 5Y growth for each responsible market segment in scope.

- Own resolution of market specific growth tactics.

Requirements:

1. Solid business background in the markets of responsibility (5 year plus), if possible in global company and/or major industry player in China

2. Be familiar with off-high way industry.

3. Leadership skills: Self starter, drive to work towards achieving agreed targets with minimal supervision or support.

4. Strong analytical and business skills, including:

- Capability to characterize markets using value chains, business models, etc.

- Ability to critically assess information from various sources.

5. Communication skills:

- Team worker - contributes to the team, ability to work efficiently in a matrix organization.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills both in Chinese and English, ability to deal with individuals from levels and disciplines and aware of different political agendas.
