Objective:

The China CI Manager is responsible for identifying, facilitating and implementing continuous improvements in key processes that support the continuous improvement goals of China.

Key Functions:

1. Drive delivery of budget and forecast commitments, Continuous Improvement Objectives and initiatives

2. Lead high impact, high delivery Continuous Improvement projects to conclusion.

3. Support plants in identification and prioritization of Continuous Improvement projects for roadmap population.

4. Support the plant's CI team in successfully implementing high impact Continuous Improvement projects.

5. Qualified support for both high technical content projects and workshops (VSM).

6. Training and Mentoring Continuous Improvement resources.

7. Identify and facilitate leveraging of Continuous Improvement projects.

8. Work on Lean Master Projects.

Requirements:

1. Graduate of any engineering course, preferably B.S.I.E/ECE/EE/ME.

2. Good both in oral and written communication, good analytical skills, communication, organizational logic, etc.

3. Good negotiable and interpersonal skills.

4. Fluent in English.
