Areas of Responsibility

- Assist HR VP in formulating group HR strategy and drive the implementation in each BU;

- Lead group HR policy & process alignment;

- Lead group reward management and C&B initiatives;

- Lead HR budgeting process;

- Lead group performance management implementation;

- Oversee group HR operations functions across each BU;

- Drive key talent retention programs and facilitate the implementation;

- Conduct group labor costs analysis and benchmark internally and externally;

- Provide HR business partnership to designated business unit

Job Requirements:

- Bachelor degree holder

- 8 years of working experience in manufacturing and corporate HR;

- Minimum 5 years of HR managerial experience with good command of C&B knowledge and experience;

- Strategic thinker & analytical;

- Willing to be hand-on in dealing with HR operational issues;

- Can work under pressure and result driven;

- Good communication skills and self-motivated;

- Profound knowledge of PRC employment regulations;

- English fluency is a must,

- Proficiency in Microsoft office skills
