职位描述

Location: Shanghai

Summary of position:
- The candidate will assist FSSC Controller to roll out FSSC project within Asia Pacific Region. On daily basis, he/she will manage major functions in FSSC through subordinates to ensure the transactional activities processed in accordance with agreed service level and complied with company process, policies and procedures. He/She is required to actively manage the ongoing risks of the operations to ensure continuity of the services provided
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist FSSC Controller to smoothly migrate accounting functions within Asia Pacific Region to FSSC.
- Establishes operational objectives and work plans and delegates assignment to subordinates, lead the team to perform and beat agreed service levels with the internal customers.
- Driving continuous process improvements and quality assurance.
- Work closely with plant controllers in Asia Pacific Region and partner with other functions to enhance the end-to-end processes.
- Implementing systems and policies to ensure that process efficiency and effectiveness are achieved.
- Establishes and adheres to budgets, schedules, work plans and performance requirements and maintain solid control environment.
- Coach the direct reports/team leaders with appropriate managerial skills; be able to develop and retain talents
- Participate in regular interaction with Country Finance Leaders and senior management on matters concerning several functional areas, divisions, and internal/external customers/suppliers.
- Main areas: Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Employee Reimbursement and General Ledger.
Key Competency Requirements:
- Strong accounting knowledge, CPA is preferred.
- Good command of English and Chinese
- Having wide-ranging management experience. Be able to develop and motivate the team and create a positive work environment
- Customer focus, but not comprising the control effectiveness
- Good understanding of ERP system
Qualifications/ Work Experience:
- University Degree in Accounting or related fields
- 6+ years of relevant accounting experience, with 1+ year experience in managerial role
- Experience of working in matrix organization in MNCs with shared service organization.
- Experience as external auditor or internal audit department is a plus
