Roles and Responsibilities:

- Assist HR VP in formulating organization development strategy and initiatives;

- Lead group leadership & change management programs;

- Lead group talent development strategy & programs;

- Lead key position succession planning/Management Associates/Graduate Trainee projects as well as Management development review etc;

- Lead employee individual development planning;

- Oversee L&D function;

Qualification:

- Bachelor degree holder

- 5-8 years of working experience in corporate HR;

- Minimum 5 years of HR managerial experience in L&D or Talent development function

- Strategic thinker;

- Adapt to work in different business context;

- Can work under pressure and result driven;

- Good communication skills and self-motivated;

- English fluency is a must,
