Reports To: GM Aero & HPC

Location: Shanghai

Purpose:

To promote and sell Aerospace products in China.

- To provide detailed knowledge of the market in China for bearings and other Components, to assist management in developing strategies and market plans for growing this market.

- Ensure systems are in place to meet customer service expectations

Responsible:

- To increase sales of bearings and related products in China in line with Business Plan objectives.

- To identify and document the market opportunities for domestic and imported bearings and related products, with specific information on applications, competition and price competitiveness.

- To identify the supply channels for these products, including distribution and "direct to end users" supply routes, and provide recommendations for the optimum channels to be used.

- To assist management in developing a sales forecast and marketing plan for our products based on information gathered in (2) and (3) above

- To assist management team in developing a market strategy, long term business growth plan and sales tactics.

- To increase the name recognition and sales potential of our products throughout China.

- Provide customer services to customers identify and maintain value proposition.

Requirements:

- Bachelor degree with major in Mechanical or Technical.

- Work experience in industrial mechanical products and producer preferred.

- Good knowledge of industrial mechanical products and processes.

- Field sales experience required - 6 years minimum with industrial products. Aerospace specific experience is preferred.

- Fluency in Chinese and English.

- Articulate and out-going, matured personality.

- Prepared to reside extensively in China.
