工作职责

- 负责上海总厂的生产部，质量部及物流部的协调管理及相关目标的达成.

- 及时解决生产, 质量和物流出现的各种问题，并负责与之相关的持续改进工作.

- 及时制定或优化相关运作流程.

- 及时与客户沟通公司的产品质量与准时交货，并跟踪质量和交货改进计划.

任职资格

- 教育背景：本科及以上学历，企业管理、市场营销、汽车工程或其他相关专业

- 工作经验：八年以上汽车行业工作经验

- 技能知识：熟悉汽车内饰件配件要素，对相关产品的制造工艺有足够的了解和经验

- 培训经历：有精益生产，持续改进，TS16949，ISO14000及生产现场管理等培训经历

- 英语水平：英语四级以上，口语交流流利

- 电脑操作：熟练使用MS Office软件

- 性格态度：

1.具有团队合作精神

2.良好的沟通和问题解决能力

3.较强的责任心和独立工作能力

4.身心健康，能承受一定的工作压力
