­ 组织部门人员完成销售计划,管理销售工作,完成公司各种市场目标

教育:
­ 市场营销,国际贸易,纺织类相关专业本科以上学历

技能:
­ 对市场营销工作有较深刻认知;
­ 了解汽车面料的加工过程;
­ 有较强的市场感知能力,敏锐地把握市场动态、市场方向的能力;
­ 有密切的媒体合作关系,具备大型活动的现场管理能力;
­ 熟练操作办公软件;
­ 优秀的英语听、说、读、写能力。

经验:
­ 8年以上销售管理工作经验,3年以上经理工作经验


工作内容:

内容一:市场战略策划与实施
Activity 1: Marketing Strategies and Activities Implementation
­ 根据行业趋势,市场需求,产品,客户,竞争对手收集市场信息,从而制定战略与市场计划。根据公司情况来制作市场分析报告。
Collect market information in terms of industrial trend, market needs, product, customer as well as competitors so as to well design marketing strategies and marketing mix plan. Follow company format to do marketing analysis report.
­ 协助市场总监实施市场战略计划。
Assists the Commercial VP to implement approved marketing Strategy
­ 开发新客户、维护现有客户
Creation and maintenance of call reports, customer strategies and customer contact lists, developing new business.
­ 及时完成月、季度报告/报表
On time completion of period and quarterly metrics requirements

内容二:关注客情关系的维护与开发
Activity 2: EOCN Focused Customer Relationship exploration, maintenance and development
­ 销售预测:根据客户需求和行业趋势分析,制定销售预测和计划(包括主机厂 以及二级客户)。根据销售预测来制定准确的原料需求预测。
Sales forecast: Work out market needs forecast as scheduled (OEM as well as replacement Customers) based on customer needs and industrial trend analysis. Make duly revision of forecast on a period basis to ensure accurate sales forecast and material requirement forecast.
­ 客情维护:根据计划拜访或电话拜访客户,维持良好的客情关系,积极获取新项目机会。每周电话拜访关键客户至少两次(包括二级客户)。一个季度至少拜访客户两次。在整个项目过程中,对于客户的要求,需在24小时内迅速回应,关于我们的进展情况要及时告知客户,关心客户需求。
Customer communication: Manages customer visiting and calling as per preset schedule to maintain good customer relationship and obtaining sales opportunities. Makes sales call at least twice per week for all our key customers and replacement key contacts. Visits responsible customers at least twice a quarter. Responds to customers’ requests within 24 hours and keeps the customers informed of our progress of taking care of their inquiry regularly through the whole process.
­ 客户培训:为客户讲解,从而让客户更好的了解我们的产品和服务。
Customer Training: Give training to the customer for their better understanding of our product and the service.
­ 维护主机厂与二级客户的信息库,定期、汇报客户情况。
Maintains OEM and replacement customer information database, updates customer information in system. Discuss about customer issues regularly.
­ 参加项目启动会,确保项目启动过程符合客户需求。客户满意度调查:按计划主导客户满意度调查,根据客户的反馈,分析、制做报告。
Participates in launch meeting, make sure the launch process is meeting the customer requirement. Customer satisfaction survey: Conduct the survey to customer on a preset schedule, make analysis and report based on the customer feedback.

内容三:报价管理
Activity 3: Quotation management
­ 合同审核、合同审批
Contract review and get approval from manager
­ 与研发/财务部门一起协作完成报价,并得到上级经理的审批
Coordinate with engineering / financial department to do the final quotation and get approval from manager
­ 与产品工程部/生产部和其他部门一起协作,对包装或客户的其它特殊需求进行分析。
Coordinate with engineering / PD and other functional department to do analysis on packaging or other special requirements from customer.

内容四:项目管理者
Activity 4: Acting as a program Manager
­ 根据拜访计划及时与客户沟通,迅速得到客户需求
Maintenance of call plan and communicate with customer accordingly, getting prompt requirements from customer.
­ 根据商业需求,将客户需求正确传达到各个部门。
According to company commercial procedures , translating customer’s requirements into internal functional department and making a record.
­ 协助物流部门根据订单进行计划安排,确保及时交付
Coordinate with Logistic Function to make the product plan based on the order to ensure the on-time delivery
­ 协助研发部门开发与送样
Coordinate with R&D Function to develop the sample as well as its delivery
­ 协助质量部门处理质量问题与客户投诉
Coordinate with Quality Function to solve the quality issue and customer complaints.
